We believe in compassionate, people-centered care for everyone, regardless of ability to pay. Our team is here to take care of your whole self - our medical staff delivers high-quality care to all ages and stages of life, specializing in women's health, prenatal care, pediatrics, cardiology, and family medicine. Our community health workers help connect patients to insurance and community services, and our pregnancy and parenting classes are here to offer education and support as you build a healthy family.

How to make an appointment:

Just give us a call at 567-661-0565, and our staff will take care of you. Our patients are our first priority.
We do our best to accommodate urgent walk-ins, but we encourage you to call for an appointment if possible. 

If you are pregnant (or think you might be): Call our office as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. Our board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist will make every attempt to see pregnant patients within 48 hours.  Free pregnancy tests are available to women in their first trimester. We specialize in teen and high risk pregnancies. You will get an ultrasound within a week of your initial appointment, and your doctor will schedule your full anatomy scan around your 20 week visit.

What about health insurance? What if I'm uninsured?

We accept most insurances including Medicaid and Medicare. We DO NOT accept Humana or Amerihealth Medicaid. Please bring your insurance card to your appointment.

​If you or a loved one need assistance completing a Medicaid application, one of our Community Health Workers will be happy to assist you before your appointment. If you are uninsured or underinsured, the cost will be discounted based upon your ability to pay - we use a "sliding fee scale" that accounts for your family's income, so to qualify you'll need to bring identification and proof of income (like a recent check stub or a letter from your employer) to your appointment.

We never turn away patients due to an inability to pay. 
You may be able to have your fees waived if you are facing circumstances which make it impossible for you to pay for your visit.
Such circumstances might include but are not limited to homelessness, high level of damage to your home, utility shut off, sudden loss of job or domestic violence. Please speak with one of our staff if you would like to fill out a fee waiver application.
